I’m Alexandria Davis, a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern, and I’m proud to be a part of Personal Growth Therapy Center (PGTC), where we believe in fostering an environment of hope, compassion, and personal transformation. I’ve dedicated my career to helping children, teens, and young adults overcome the challenges they face with confidence and support.
At PGTC, we understand that life’s transitions, anxiety, and depression can often leave young people feeling lost or overwhelmed. Many times, they may feel misunderstood or like no one truly “gets” what they’re experiencing. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where your child or teen can feel seen, heard, and valued for who they are. Through compassion, empathy, and evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I guide young people on their journey of self-discovery and healing.
Each individual has their own unique set of needs and a different path to growth. At PGTC, we value a personalized approach to therapy, ensuring that every child and teen receives the guidance they need to thrive emotionally, socially, and mentally. Whether it’s helping them cope with anxiety, navigate family conflict, build self-esteem, or manage ADHD, I believe in the power of growth through support, patience, and understanding.
My greatest passion lies in helping young people reach their full potential. At PGTC, we believe that everyone has the ability to blossom with the right guidance, and I’m here to be part of that journey with your child. It’s not just about addressing problems; it’s about unlocking the potential for personal growth and transformation, in line with the core values of our practice.
